WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND FOR QUOTES?

We process quotes between 9:00am and 5:00pm Mondays to Fridays. We endeavour to reply to quotes submitted during these hours within 1 hour. Quote requests submitted outside normal hours will be sent out the following business day.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?

Our trained staff will commence the compounding process once payment is received and will typically have it ready for shipment within 24 hours. Please refer to the shipping page for more details.

 

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER DETAILS?

Should you require formulation changes, shipping/billing detail changes once orders are processed and paid for, please contact us directly on (03) 9878 8112 in the first instance. Due to the individualised nature of our service, we are not able to make formulation changes once your order has been compounded.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST/DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

Contact us in the first instance if you believe your order is taking longer than expected (typically the next business day within the Australia Post’s Express Post network or 48 hours for addresses outside the Express Post Network) or if your order shows up damaged. We will ensure that it is handled as quickly and efficiently so as to not delay your order any further.

 

HOW DO I USE MY PRODUCT?

All orders will ship with written information on your product. In the event that we did not include it in your order, or if you require further information, please do not hesitate to contact us directly on (03) 9878 8112 for further assistance from our trained pharmacists.

 

HOW DO I ORDER A REPEAT ON MY PRESCRIPTION?

If you have opted for your prescription to be stored on file, all you need to do to request for a repeat is to send us a quote with your details and either a description of your previous order or simply attach an image of your product! We will then send you a quote.

 

I AM NOT ABLE TO SUBMIT A QUOTE.

If you are having problems submitting a quote/accessing certain functionalities of the website, it is very likely due to browser support. Try a different browser/device (ie. desktop computer, smartphone, tablet). If you are still having issues, please contact us directly on (03) 9878 8112.
