SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped via the Australia Post Express Service.

At this stage, we only ship products in Australia.

Your order will be shipped the same business day once it has been completed. We typically aim for a 24 hour turn around once payment of an order has been received.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

In efforts to get your products to you as quickly as possible whilst minimising costs, a flat rate of $10.50 applies for express shipping.

Alternatively,  FREE pick-up at our store in Blackburn North is available.

 

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with our products. All products are inspected prior to dispatch to ensure our highest standards are maintained.

Return Policy

As a result of the individualised nature of our service, we cannot accept returns on goods sold unless defective or damaged in transit.

Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been compounded. If the item you want to cancel has been compounded, the order cannot be cancelled. Please call us on (03) 9878 8112 in the first instance if you wish to cancel your order.
