Compounding is a specialised service, in which every order/product is individually hand-made at our onsite laboratory. Due to the individualised nature of this service, we require payment before orders can be processed.

All card payments are processed through the National Australia Bank e-commerce gateway.

We only accept Visa and Mastercard payments.

PRIVACY

Personal information about visitors to our site is collected only when knowingly and voluntarily submitted. We require personal information such as name, address, phone number and email for correspondence purpose and to process orders. It is our intention that this policy will protect your personal information from being dealt with in any way that is inconsistent with applicable privacy laws in Australia.

Personal information that is submitted to our site is strictly only utilised for the purpose for which it is submitted for. Copies of correspondence sent from us may contain personal information, which are stored as archives for record-keeping and back-up purposes only.

As part of registering with us, we collect personal information about you in order for you to take full advantage of our services. Copies of prescription stored on our server will be deleted once original copies are received/ after 7 days of inactivity.

We strive to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of personal information submitted to our sites, and we review and update our security measures in light of current technologies. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure.
